What does the rental rate include?

  • Usage of our rental pieces for 1 day, or however long your rental for.

  • You will not need to worry about washing our dishes after use. We ask that you return them dirty.

I like your items but i need to see them in person before ordering.

WHAT OTHER services DO YOU PROVIDE?

Customers may pick from our below optional service packages:

  • (A.) Delivery and pick-up only.

  • (B.) Delivery, unpacking and placing items on a table for the customer to set-up, and pick-up.

  • (C) Delivery, set-up in collaboration with customer wishes, and pick-up.

  • (D) Delivery, 1 example table set-up, and pick-up.

  • (E.) Delivery, repacking, and pick-up.

How do we receive items FOR our event?

We deliver items to your venue and pick them up after use.

Are renters responsible for cleaning dishes before they are returned?

NO. Enjoy your event! YP only asks that clients free dishes and glasses of debris and place them back in their pouches and tubs after use. Clients may also choose to have YP repack items for them.

Where do you deliver?

We make deliveries in the Greater Cleveland and the surrounding areas. Delivery fees are based on current IRS business mileage reimbursement rates. As a courtesy to our clients, customers are only charged for delivery (one-way).

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED?

We are more than happy to accommodate your needs, but please notify us as soon as possible so we can ensure that your items are available for your event.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DOWN PAYMENT TO HOLD MY DATE?

We currently do not require down payments. For all events we ask that customers provide us with enough notice so YP can discuss the rental with them and clearly understand their needs. For large rental requests payment must be made 30 days prior to the event.
